Tommy Tilden and his son Austin Tilden receive the body of an unidentified young woman recovered from the basement of a violent crime scene. Expecting a routine examination, they instead uncover a series of contradictions. Her exterior appears untouched, yet her internal organs show evidence of severe trauma, torture, and age that should not coexist. As the autopsy progresses, unexplained disturbances begin spreading through the mortuary. Equipment malfunctions, communications fail, and strange visions disrupt their work. Tommy remains determined to identify a cause of death, while Austin grows convinced that the body itself is connected to the escalating events. Each discovery reveals another layer of an impossible history, pushing both men toward increasingly dangerous conclusions as the night closes in around them.
