Zunjaar a daily news paper is run by Zunjaar Rao Ghorpade which isn't doing well whereas his competitors Apradh has good sale. Zunjar Rao has expectations from his son Lakshya but most of the time he spends with his girlfriend Gange due to negligence of Lakshya Zunjar is about to be fired by village head to save his paper from shutting down Lakshya decides to publish a fake news that Dacoit Taklya Haiwan has arrived in their Shrirangpur village which increases the sale of their paper but spreads fear in the village. Uma editor of Apradh whose cousin to Lakshya arrives in the village to cover the news. As fear starts spreading in village Inspector Mahesh Jhadav is also transferred to handle the situation, but the real fear arrives when Taklya Haiwan and his gang indeed arrive in village now Lakshya and Mahesh team up to free his village from the terror.
