Fixer Kang Yu-jin resolves a fraud case involving a food department store in the Namdaemun underground shopping center and recovers and returns the merchants' move-in funds. Additionally, while searching for Mi-ok's younger sister, Mi-sook, in Itaewon with Mi-ok, whom he met through Gwang-il, they face a challenge from the evil fixer Hwang Dong-su and his gang. On the day of the final confrontation between Hwang Dong-su and Yu-jin, the elderly Detective Yoon, who was tracking the Pungjeon Trading Company murder case, arrests the killer and seeks out Hwang Dong-su. Yu-jin and Hwang Dong-su clear their names and go around solving dirty work on their behalf.
