The title refers to Winger's leaving show business to be a stay-at-home mom. Among the more enlightened interviewees are Diane Lane, Martha Plimpton and Whoopi Goldberg. Film critic Roger Ebert is the only male asked to give an opinion on the dearth of roles for middle-aged actresses.
