Ravi who is middleclass and Dolly who comes is from a rich family fall in love and get married. They set up a new home and begin their lives together. Eventually Dolly is unable to cope with the middleclass life and soon a rift happens between the two. They decide to divorce. But Dolly's father turns up at their home out of the blue and the two pretend to be happily married.
