In the treacherous world of New York''s organized crime, running guns is the deadliest game of all - the stakes are high and losers pay with their lives. It's a world detective Toshi Morokama is forced to enter as a deep-cover cop on a life or death mission to convict a ruthless gang leader known only as Hawk. Unwittingly helped by the hoodlum's beautiful sister, the detective soon finds himself running with Hawk's murderous pack but when an arms deal goes badly wrong the trigger-finger of suspicion points in Toshi's direction.
