In high hopes of finding an affluent husband for his fresh and charming young daughter, Elsa, the bankrupt businessman and suave Athenian, Leon Mavrogiannis, takes a trip to a sun-kissed sea resort in Lagonisi. Before long, Yorgos, a wealthy holidaymaker, arrives at the luxurious retreat's marina, and, naturally, he falls head over heels in love with the beautiful Elsa.
