Bombay's Marine Drive known as the queen's necklace but is used by some streets smarts as smuggling den which involves Khanna his aide Ajit and his moll Dolly.During one of the smuggling deals the cops arrive and things go haywire where the trio manage to elope but the consignment gets confiscated by the cops and Khanna faces huge loses.Khanna's creditors are behind him and want him to return their money with no way to go Dolly asks Khanna to take help of his brother Sunderlal but Khanna is very much aware Sunderlal will never help him.Khanna comes up with a plan that Ajit should woo his niece Bina daughter of Sunderlal and get married to her and later kill her after accumulating the wealth.Things are going as per the plan and Ajit successfully woos Bina but both end up falling in love when Dolly finds about it she informs Khanna.Ajit his then reminded by Khanna about their plan but Ajit disagrees to it following which he gets beaten by Khanna's men.Khanna manages to kill Sunderlal and Bina goes in depression in order to recover Khanna takes her to Khandala where he plans to kill her but Ajit wont let it happen.
