The Principality of Monaco, 24 May, 2020. It's official: The International Automobile Federation (FIA) has just cancelled the 79th Monaco Grand Prix and two more upcoming races due to the COVID-19 crisis. However, nothing is over until it's over. With F1 driver Charles Leclerc behind the wheel of a hybrid, twin-turbo V8 Ferrari SF90 Stradale, director Claude Lelouch visits the legendary 3.337km street track for the first shooting in post-quarantine France and an unforgettable drive. To pay homage to the unsurpassed classic, Rendezvous (1976), the pro racecar driver and the 986hp supercar attack the iconic sections of the complex circuit, starting at the Sainte Dévote, the first corner after the start line and a tight right-hand turn. The Massenet left-hand corner follows, and after Casino Square and Mirabeau Haute corners, they confront the world-famous Fairmont Hairpin: the slowest and tightest bend in Formula 1. But someone special is waiting for them at the luxurious Hôtel de Paris. Are they prepared for genuine thrills and the final lap of the race?
