Set in a village, LAGA reveals the story and dignity of a man Hassan Laga (Wan Hanafi Su) whose prowess is recognized as giving birth to a protege in an unparalleled cockfighting competition. For five years, Hassan Laga's arch-nemesis Orang Kaya Dasuki (Nasir Bilal Khan) has never been able to defeat him in the arena. Unexpectedly, on one day in a fight in the arena, Orang Kaya Dasuki had the opportunity to challenge the prominence and scratch the dignity of Hassan and commit the most cunning plot. In the fight for dignity, Ayu (Marsha Milan Londoh), the young and beautiful wife of Hassan Laga, becomes collateral. However, the situation escalated when the dirty tricks of Orang Kaya Dasuki were successfully discovered and broken by Hassan's most talented protege, Sabri (Syazwan Zulkifly). Hassan's dignity was saved but the incident opened to another conflict. Sabri's efficiency is actually a bad sign that brings a big threat to the match figure. The attention and praise of the community began to shift from the teacher to the student. The conflict gets more tangled when in silence, Ayu begins to fall in love with Sabri.
