A woman, who is making a withdrawal from a bank, gets kidnapped by a villain called I. Grabber. Bimbo the Dog is a cop who must rescue her, using his anthropomorphic motorcycle. The chase leads into a volcano and into "Hell's Kitchen" where the Devil sends Bimbo and the woman into an oven.
