Vince and his six friends escape to the secluded village of Moodley for a weekend designed to mend his broken heart. Upon arrival, the men discover the town is eerily vacant and quickly find themselves under siege by local women afflicted with a violent, flesh-eating virus. Sergeant Gavin Wright reveals the origin of the outbreak, forcing the men to coordinate a desperate extraction mission involving a minibus and a high-frequency sonar device. As individual men are picked off in gruesome encounters across the village, the survivors struggle to maintain control while confronting the terrifying evolution of their attackers. The group must rely on raw aggression and survival instincts to navigate the deadly streets and secure their departure.
