At the present time when so much interest is being taken in aerial navigation, a picture of this sort will adequately serve as an educational expedient, inasmuch as it gives some good pictures taken at close range of the manufacturing of balloons, showing them in the process of construction from the time the material arrives until the wonderful airship is completed and turned loose to soar beyond the clouds.
