Chopping Mall Reviews

The Park Plaza Mall has just installed the latest in security systems, three robots that cruise the corridors at night, armed with a variety of weapons. Things go wrong when lightning strikes the control center on the roof. The robots kill their supervising technicians, then go out in search of more victims. There is nothing original or especially interesting about this film, though in-jokes abound. Paul Bartel and Mary Woronov repeat their EATING RAOUL roles, Dick Miller appears in his Walter Paisley role from BUCKET OF BLOOD, and Mel Welles of LITTLE SHOP OF HORRORS is a none-too-sanitary pizza cook.
