Bon Voyage
During the first days of the German invasion of France in World War II, the young writer Frédéric Auger receives a phone call from his childhood sweetheart, Viviane Denvers, who has since become a movie star. She begs him to come to her as soon as possible. There's a dead body lying on her sofa. Viviane explains to him that the man had fallen from the gallery outside her bedroom, one floor above. Frédéric, instantly smitten with Viviane all over again, agrees to make the body disappear. But the whole thing goes wrong, and Frédéric ends up in prison on suspicion of murder. In June 1940, as German troops approach Paris, the prison where he is being held is evacuated. Frédéric manages to escape with his cellmate, Raoul. On the train to Bordeaux, the two meet Camille, who is studying at the Collège de France and, together with Professor Kopolski, is determined to prevent enriched "heavy water" from falling into the hands of the German occupiers at all costs.
