Bharti Bhandari a patriotic law student in love with her colleague Vijay. She is the only daughter of her parents and he father conducts Import Export business.Bharti slams her colleague Vicky for acting smart, who tells her that rather then pretending to be patriotic she should know about her father whose a smuggler.Bharti is left depressed after hearing it so Vijay convinces her to join their college trip in Goa.While in Goa Bharti and Vijay are shocked to see her father who was suppose to be in London. They find from local man that Ashok Bhandri and Minister Narayan Das are into child trafficking and smuggling business. Upon reaching Mumbai Vijay goes to investigate in Bhandari's factory but looses his life thou Bharti tries to save him. Further Bharti takes things in her hands and finds that Bhandari will be handing over countries secret documents provided by Narayan Das to rival nations.Bharti revelers everything to her mother Sharda who asks Bhandari to give her the briefcase containing documents but she looses he life in their scuffle.Bharti then kills her father and elopes with the documents to Ooty but Narayan Das's man are on hunt for her its when she comes across a local goon Jamlia and keeps him as his bodyguard.But still there are more trouble's ahead for Bharti.
