A young American (Catherine Steadman) and her refined grandmother (Jacqueline Bisset) spend Christmas in Ireland, where they visit an earl whose fortune is dwindling. But the earl's scheming wife (Marion O'Dwyer) has a plan to restore the family's wealth that involves a romance between the American and the earl's son (Leon Ockenden). Don McBrearty directed this sequel to 2008's "An Old-Fashioned Thanksgiving."
