London, 1940: Amid the German air raids, Agatha (Helen Baxendale) decides to kill off her most famous fictional character. After writing twelve novels in six years, Agatha should be a wealthy woman. Instead, she's struggling to make ends meet. But she has a plan: she sells the novel to a private buyer, a super-fan willing to pay any price to own a piece of history. Christie and her bodyguard meet the potential buyers and a colorful group of hotel guests. The tension mounts as a series of murders takes place at the hotel.
