A Reason To Live is a drama about suicide and murder and how one person deals with the thought of doing both. JAKE lost his wife and child to a tragic car accident, which he blames on the two men in the other car whom escaped unharmed. One day, while at the park, he notices the two men running around the track. Jake goes to the park everyday because of this and begins to talk with his deceased father, who died when he was young boy. Everyday Jake tells his father what he's always wanted to tell him and he hears from his father what he's always wanted to hear from him. Finally, Jake decides that today is the day he's going to kill the two men and himself.
