Aside from her brown eyes and high cheekbones, she is known for her West End accent and the demure manner of many of her characters
Has stated that she enjoyed playing villains much more than the pleasant characters she is most remembered for
Has published numerous books, including children's books, gardening books and a collection of interviews
Her mother founded the small school where she was educated
