Kevin Federline Wins Sole Custody of Kids
After a two-year court battle, Britney Spears has agreed to give full custody of her two boys to her ex-husband, Kevin Federline, while increasing her visitation rights and required financial support. Spears' attorney, Laura Wasser, tells the AP that the pop star will now get three visits per week with Sean Preston and Jayden James, including two overnight visits. If all goes well, Spears will have the potential for an increase as the year goes on, up to about 40 percent visitation time. Spears, who was twice forcibly hospitalized for mental health issues this year, had been allowed two visits and one overnight visit per week during the custody fight.Further, the Friday decision removes the issue of a trial that was set to begin next month, had the custody and financial details not been resolved.
