After a two-year court battle, Britney Spears has agreed to give full custody of her two boys to her ex-husband, Kevin Federline, while increasing her visitation rights.
Spears, who was twice forcibly hospitalized for mental health issues this year, had been allowed two visits and one overnight visit per week during the custody fight.
Spears' attorney, Laura Wasser, would not say how much more time the pop star won with Sean Preston and Jayden James. She is "very pleased [with the settlement]. The kids are with her right now,' Wasser told People after the hearing.
Federline's attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, confirmed Spears did get more custodial time with the boys but did not give details.
The court still must approve the agreement.
