Fast Facts

• While a student, she undertook an investigation into the effects of fast food, by eating kebabs three times a day for one week
• Became one of Channel 4's youngest ever commisioning editors in 2010
• Left her commissioning role in 2014 in order to focus fully on her role in the Channel 4 series Food Unwrapped
• In April 2016, Quilton ran the London Marathon for Papworth Hospital in memory of her father
