Darkness is rising on Witches of East End. When viewers last saw the Beauchamp women, they had defeated Penelope (Virginia Madsen), but the fight had only just begun. First, Joanna was left fatally poisoned, and her death also triggered the power within her sons, Dash (Eric Winter) and Killian (Daniel Di Tomasso), which surfaced during their death match over Freya (Jenna Dewan-Tatum). At the same time, Ingrid (Rachel Boston) was forced to open the portal to Asgard — the magical realm they originally came from --  leaving the door wide open for any enemy whom Joanna (Julia Ormond) and Wendy (Madchen Amick) left behind to seek revenge.

Leapin' lizards! V's March 15 season finale will kill off up to one-third of its cast! With only central characters Anna (Morena Baccarin) and Erica (Elizabeth Mitchell) safe, executive producer Scott Rosenbaum says two or "possibly even three" of the following actors have been let go: Scott Wolf (Chad), Logan Huffman (Tyler), Morris Chestnut (Ryan), Joel Gretsch (Father Jack), Laura Vandervoort (Lisa) and Jane Badler (Diana). Hoping the bold move will get him a third-season renewal from ABC, Rosenbaum says he chose his victims based on "what would be most devastating for the characters I want to continue."

The 4400's Joel Gretsch has been tapped to play Angie Harmon's new love interest on Women's Murder Club, sources confirm to me exclusively. His character, a charming hotel builder, bumps into Lindsay at the Hall of Justice and, as you might've guessed, it's lust at first sight. As you also might've guessed, he's harboring a humdinger of a secret, the specifics of which I'll get into in this week's Ausiello Report vodcast.
