CW's Backpackers is taking viewers on one wild road trip. Backpackers, which was originally created as an online series for the network's digital studio CW Seed, is about a soon-to-be married guy named Ryan (Noah Reid), who takes a last-minute trip across Europe with his best friend Brandon (Dillon Casey). When Ryan's lost journal takes them off track, they wind up racing from Thailand to Canada in search of the missing journal, while also seeking the ultimate answers to life, love and partying.
Alex is about to get a major setback on Nikita. On Friday's episode (9/8c, The CW), Alex (Lyndsy Fonseca) gets shot in the shoulder during a Division mission. The injury itself shouldn't cause that much trouble. After all, she's survived witnessing her father's murder, a debilitating drug addiction and being a sex slave. A little bullet in the shoulder shouldn't be a big deal, right?
Nikita's Percy may be dead, but his legacy lives on in The Dirty Thirty. On the Season 3 premiere (Friday at 9/8c, The CW), Nikita & Co. discover that taking over Division means having to clean house after the death of its leader Percy (Xander Berkeley) last season. "When the recall order was sent out, 'Percy is dead. Come back in from wherever you are in the world,' some agents complied. Thirty of those people didn't," Nikita creator Craig Silverstein told reporters at Comic-Con. "They cut their trackers out and disabled them. They're out for themselves, money, for whatever crazy ideology and personal goals they have."
Amanda may be the current head of Division, but it appears that Percy might be calling the shots... from his prison no less. "I think Amanda is a master manipulator, but I think Percy's ego is even bigger," Nikita's Melinda Clarke tells TVGuide.com. "I think Amanda is a little more realistic but found herself getting caught up in the power and grandeur of all of Division. She's ultimately the same creature as Percy, and gets caught up into wanting more and more power. It goes beyond just money. For the future of Division, it'll be interesting to see who ends up in power. Clearly it could be up for grabs."
Nikita's midseaon finale left viewers with more than a few questions, and star Maggie Q sat down with reporters this month to tease what to expect once the show returns in January. Want some almost-nudity? Nikita new guy Dillon Casey, who plays Oversight's Sean Pierce, will be stripping down all in the name of the upcoming power play. "He's naked in the whole episode, the one that we just finished [shooting]," said Q. "There were a couple...
