A third generation dancer, his parents sent him to live in London and study with dance coaches Corky and Shirley Ballas when he was 12 years old
Formed a pop music dance trio with his sister Julianne and their friend Mark Ballas called 2B1G that competed in the U․K․ and U․S
On the stage, he has played the lead in a Millfield Theatre production of "Jesus Christ Superstar" and danced in the company of "Chitty Chitty Bang Bang" at the Lond Palladium
Formed the Ballas Hough Band and released an album with the group in 2009 on which he sings lead vocals, plays guitar and hold several songwriting credits
