Dolmar and the crew take on their biggest challenge yet: a waterfront property ominously dubbed "The Nightmare on Elmwood." With a collapsing roof, a crumbling sea wall, and a severe termite infestation, the house seems destined to sink--literally and figuratively. As the team battles to stabilize the structure and restore its charm, Dolmar fears they might be in over their heads.
