The situation escalates when the environmentally conscious patient categorically rules out the necessary surgery: too many emissions. Prof. Dr. Karin Patzelt worries about how Dr. Moreau will react to the news: He has won the "Golden Spleen" - a derogatory award for the most incomprehensible scientific texts.
