During initial treatment, the doctors learn that Gina has been suffering from painful hands and various other health problems for some time. Gina's mother, Sandra, assumes that her daughter is imagining the pain or even faking it to get attention. Sandra is also very busy with Gina's siblings. The relationship between mother and daughter is not in the best shape in light of the serious accusation. Tamar believes the patient and eagerly sets about finding out what's wrong with Gina... The day couldn't be going better for Ivo Maric: He's been assigned to see Dr. Matteo Moreau, with whom he wants to impress. But then Gerd Beck arrives at the Johannes Thal Clinic, unable to keep his hands still and having to repair everything. Unfortunately, Gerd slipped with the screwdriver and hit a femoral artery. But no illness and no doctor can stop him from repairing it. The doctors are annoyed, but when Matteo's 3D printer suddenly starts acting up, they rely on Gerd's talent. Is that a good idea? Julia is about to take her additional training in fetal surgery, but her study schedule has fallen victim to construction work at home. Felicitas Koch is about to have the final consultation for her cancer treatment with Dr. Marc Lindner.
