This program presents some yoga positions for the beginning student who wants to use these ancient techniques to sculpt the body. Recognizing that certain parts of the body are often in need of shaping -- such as the stomach, hips, breasts, and thighs -- the program focuses attention on exercises that trim and tone these areas. The strength and flexibility that are developed in doing these exercises has the pleasant side effect of also giving a better contour to the musculature involved and providing the body with a sculpted line. The program is divided into two easy-to-follow routines.
