This summer replacement show starred Ed Huddles, the quarterback for the Rhinos, a professional football team, and his neighbor, Bubba McCoy, the team's center. They lived next door to each other and the episodes dealt with their escapades on and off the field.

1/2-hour film of storyboard sketches with an audio track that was presented to CBS as a pilot episode for the series. The pilot features some cast members who did not continue with the series, e.g., Nancy Kulp as 'Penny McCoy' was replaced by Marie Wilson, and Joe Besser as 'Coach' was replaced by Alan Reed. Also, Herb Jeffries' character was renamed 'Freight Train.' This pilot film was finished with an updated audio track, and aired as "The Ramblin' Wreck' on July 15, 1970.
