Two municipal workers, depressed in a bar, spontaneously joke about being able to rob a bank van, in order to sound big. Trouble starts when their plan is taken at face value by a mobster, who threatens them to actually do the heist.

The Joke
Two stoplight techs, Doru and Ionel, crack a joke about robbing a bank, to up their street cred in the small-town community that has only ever shown them contempt. As luck would have it, they're overheard by a local mobster who starts pressuring them to go through with the heist. The joke snowballs when everyone involved, including the would-be victim, comes on board for a cut of the bounty.
