Happily married to Ruth with two children Nick is amazed to get a call from first love Serena,who has returned from Canada ostensibly to visit her sister Michelle. Nick knows he should not succumb to temptation but nonetheless spends a night with Serena,lying to his wife that he is with a work colleague. In a moment of madness he suggests going to Canada with her but she knows better and sends him back to his wife - who seems to have guessed what has happened.
