While Matt tries to evacuate, Cade 'gets started' on Damon's hundred. While Dorian searches for other ways to eliminate Cade, Damon rejects Caroline's plan to trick him into drinking the cure. Enzo resolved to take the cure and spend a lifetime with Bonnie, so they go trough his bucket list before heading for Elena's secret resting place. Despite Damon's desperate efforts to talk Stefan out of it, he beats them to the punch and kills Enzo.

Kai is tormented in Bonnie's custom made version of hell for him, but smirks pointing out Cade's death doesn't actually extinguish hell, it's only to be ruled by the brothers' worst enemy.

The new Hell queen, however, sends an unexpected emissary, Matt's vindictive late sister Vicky, to plant a gas bomb at the party and ring the hell bell as only a Maxwell can.
