10 Episodes 2007 - 2008
Episode 1
Tue, Dec 4, 2007
J.P. Calderon and Dominic Figlio are proud as peacocks about their success at underwear firm 2xist. During their latest photo-shoot, Dominic gets a year-long 'face' contract. Janice dares not admit to a VIP Latino magazine she has no selection of Latin models, but quickly organizes an open audition to select candidates for a whole new Latino-Latina division. Sorin is recruited, not as model but as security guard, albeit in a scanty-sexy 'uniform', and proves useful as semi-interpreter. T.J. Wilks comes resign from modeling.
Episode 2
Tue, Dec 11, 2007
The Latino VIP magazine job proves disappointing. Before working in the Latin branch recruits, a second, completely open casting-call is held, again with a huge turn-up. Utter novice Peter Yonan is perfect even by Janice's standards, even a great conversationalist during nude shots. Kehoe's roommate Grant Harvey is effectively stolen from his present agent in a dirty denunciation game. Janice absurdly blames Peter for all model discontentment.
Episode 3
Tue, Dec 18, 2007
Several clients come select models for serious jobs. New recruits meet 'veterans', who rightly warn them for Janice and her excessive meddling, even more now there's extra competition, so who fails to comply with slimness and exposure requirements risks the boot. Kehoe is selected for an underwear photo-shoot, but can't hide his drunk breath from the previous evening. Janice makes a far worse scene then the client, viciously slapping his cheek. During a time-out with mate Chris Jones, the knaves squirt water-pistols, unaware that wets a unique prototype, but the client still finishes the shoot and commends Kehoe's winner-looks.
Episode 4
Tue, Jan 1, 2008
Many models audition as prize praisers for the game-show Temptation, to 'assist' host Rossi Morreale. Alas the female 'expert' Janice hired to coach them is even more outdated. Underwear designer Andrew Christian hires several models for a daringly revealing photo-shoot. The boys do great, despite Janice making absurd scenes and being excessively abusive. Prudisch models wine and bore Janice with a Bible-biting Model4Jesus delegation. Client Ashley Paige insists Janice models although that wasn't agreed and gets a vicious brat treatment.
Episode 5
Tue, Jan 8, 2008
Rough denim label Ruffskin selects four hot models for its male underwear collection. Because of some daringly crack-revealing pieces (besides an actual jock-strap), many are embarrassed. Even openly gay J.P. prefers not to be chosen, which fuels meddling Janice's ranting about model attitudes. She turns up unasked at the photo-shoot, upsetting it in rage at free champagne just because she once turned alcoholic 'on set'. At a models poker night, Kehoe's refutation of constant hits at him being roommate Grant's 'gay' partner are dismissed as if protesting too much. Son and commercial division chief Nathan is back from his Europe tour and visits his father, who enthusiastically accepts to use some of the agency's Latino division models for 'Jennifer Lopez' labels he manages.
Episode 6
Tue, Jan 15, 2008
Despite Janice's rude meddling, the Ruffskin shoot, displaying embarrassingly much butt-crack, is pulled off well by four straight models, including 'novice' Danny. Nathan has an eye on Traci, so he asks her out for a fun day with J.P., who dares not refuse a blind double date, as it turns out with Rodrigo. Janice rudely breaks up Nathan and his flirt, but the gay guys agree to date again. A pimple care brand's unusual request for bad-skinned models requires an open casting on top of an agency-internal selection.
Episode 7
Tue, Jan 22, 2008
PETA campaign manager Dan Matthews get a near-unanimous yes to a call to demonstrate 'cloths-free' on Hollywood Boulevard against real fur. J.P. joins but also defends opt-out Lygia's freedom of speech and opinion. Kehoe actually drops his boxers to his ankles, yet nobody is arrested. Goth fashion label Dragonfly chooses ten models, including Kehoe and Grant plus some newbies, as late rock star lookalikes, playing Elvis, Jim Morrison etc. Peter is rudely ignored when he steps in to prevent an illegal double booking of J.P. and Dominic for Christian Augier's fashion label. Nathan steps in quietly and competently while big mouth Janice has some plastic surgery.
Episode 8
Tue, Jan 29, 2008
Business partners Peter and Janice don't see eye to eye at all, as the double booking incident proves. Luckily clients Scarlatti and Augier graciously offer a gentlemen's compromise, so J.P. and Dominic don't suffer. Kehoe treats Traci to a romantic picnic date, which she rather spoils for him by confessing she went with Nathan. The ten catwalk models Augier selected come on a luxury trip to Las Vegas. Janice is no use furnishing Nathan's new apartment. J.P. almost avoids Rodrigo, his roommate, but is most welcoming to Carolinian new boy Payton. Janice overacts as party-pooper, mainly to the guys, while only Desiree needed her ears pulled. The flashy fashion show goes well. Sorin enjoys his cut-t-shirt-bodyguard part, which brings the big stud unseen media exposure.
Episode 9
Tue, Feb 5, 2008
The models are startled, many excited, when Janice announces the agency's next ambition is opening a branch in Miami, America's second fashion capital. Nobody is told that after years of blaming everything, mostly her own fault, on Peter, she secretly plots to dissolve their partnership in favor of reputable agency Otto Models. Kehoe and JP are among the lucky selection who must try to land a major cosmetics contract. A cocktail party with crucial networking potential isn't quite what it could be, mainly because of her own abusively repressive attitude to any alcohol consumption by models. Her idea of a thank you dinner with surprise salsa-lessons is to few models' liking. Sorin gets a bodyguard crash-course from a professional.
Episode 10
Tue, Feb 12, 2008
In Miami, the night before the crucial Custo Barcelona audition, Janice makes them run an utterly unprepared underwear parade. The boys impress the Spaniards, despite Janice once more absurdly over-dramatizing Kehoe's inappropriate briefs choice and cutting it so as to send him off starkers. Her excessive demands for the less appealing girls to do a fitting nearly break the deal. Afterward she and her lawyer tells Peter over dinner their partnership 'is over', but he coldly replies that remains to be seen.
