Former fashion model Janice Dickinson, by now mother of adolescent Nathan Fields, starts her own modeling agency. Her indomitable temperament, which a major client considers such a bitch he withdraws his order just on her account, constantly drives her business partner Peter Hamm near madness. Moods swing with the dozens of young, male and female models they recruit, promising training-on-the job, which proves ruthless but entertaining to watch.
