For Pie Week the Signature Challenge is a dozen Party Pies, while the Technical is Rachel Koo's Galette Des Rois and the Showstopper is a decorated Fruity Tangram Pie.
Episode 4
For Bread Week the Signature Challenge is ten Mini Bagels, while the Technical is Darren Purchese Turkish Bread with Za'atar and the Showstopper is a Reveal Bread with a design hidden inside.
Episode 5
For Tropical Week the Signature Challenge is six individual Tropical Fruit Tarts, while the Technical is Rachel' Koo's Tropical Savory Mille Feuille and the Showstopper is three fruity Meringue Bombs.

For Little and Large Week the Signature Challenge is a Miniature Tiered Cake, while the Technical is Darren Purchese's Giant Chocolate Eclair and the Showstopper is Biscuit City with each baker filling one block
Episode 7
For Japan Week the Signature Challenge is a dozen Shokupan Buns, while the Technical is Rachel Koo's Macha, Yuzu and Black Sesame Crepe Roll while the Showstopper is a Double Fromage Cheesecake.
Episode 8
For Earth Week the Signature Challenge is a Raw Cake also made without powered appliances, while the Technical is Darren Purchese's Beetroot Tart which will use the whole beetroot, the Showstopper is an Edible Terrarium.
Episode 9
The four semi-finalist bakers face Patisserie Week, the Signature Challenge is an En Croute while the Technical is a Spiced Charlotte Russet and the Showstopper is a Modern Viennoiserie.
Episode 10
The three finalist face three more bakes to determine the seasons winner, the Signature Challenge is a Top Forward Cake while the Technical is Darren Purchese's Milk Chocolate and Raspberry Entremet and finally a Choux Showstopper.
