Episode 2
The eleven remaining amateur bakers are in the shed where they must tackle three difficult bread challenges: a signature 24 savory bread-sticks and side, technical six strand braided Zopf, a showstopper of two scored and decorated loaves.
Episode 3
The ten remaining amateur bakers are in the shed where they must tackle three 'basic' challenges: 9 signature scones with a filling or topping, technical is a decorated chocolate tart, showstopper is a stacked pie or pies measuring 25 cm.
Episode 4
The amateur bakers are in the shed where they must tackle three 'Biscuit' challenges: twelve Signature Linzer Biscuits with a jam filling, technical is a Mocha Mochi Cookie, the showstopper is a Moving Three Dimensional Biscuit Vehicle.

The amateur bakers are in the shed where they must tackle three 'Celebration' challenges: the Signature is a Geometric Sarawak Cake, technical is Darren's tempered chocolate Christmas Ornaments, the showstopper is a Spooky Blacklight Cake.
Episode 6
The amateur bakers face three 'Cheese' challenges: the Signature a Cheese Share and Tear, technical is Rachel's Three Cheese Pie, the showstopper is a Tiered Cheese Cake with at least two flavours, three tiers and impressive decorations.
Episode 7
The six bakers in the shed face three 'Spice' challenges: Signature is Spiced Filo Pasties half each of savoury and sweet, technical is two types Crullers using indigenous Australian spices, showstopper is a 3D Spiced Biscuit Structure.
Episode 8
The five remaining bakers in the shed face three challenges in the first ever Italian Week: the signature is two hand made Pizza's, technical is three Pesche Con Crema, and the showstopper is a Tiramisu Centrepiece.
Episode 9
The four semifinalists face three Patisserie challenges; signature is a sweet laminated Kouighn-amann, Strawberry Pie technical has as layers of strawberry cream, creme patisserie on a buttery sable base, the showstopper is Petits fours.
Episode 10
The three finalists face their last three challenges; signature is a Botanical Cake, technical is Rachel's version of a Paris-Brest, while the showstopper is the bakers choice. The winner of The Great Australian Bake Off will be announced
