The eleven remaining amateur bakers in the shed must tackle three 'Biscuit' challenges: the signature is a dozen Slice and Bake biscuits, the technical is eight Alfajores biscuits, and the showstopper is an imaginative Biscuit Chandelier.
Episode 3
The ten remaining amateur bakers in the shed must tackle three 'Bread' challenges; the signature is a dozen savoury Flavoured Bread Rolls, the technical is a Swedish Cinnamon and Cardamon Bread, and the showstopper is Gardenscape Focaccia.
Episode 4
The remaining amateur bakers tackle three 'Nostalgia' challenges; the signature a layered Pavlova, the technical is four Apricot Steamed Puddings with Ginger Anglaise, and the showstopper is a mashup of at least two iconic Aussie treats.
Episode 5
The bakers tackle three 'Homegrown' challenges; the signature is a family sized open Galette with at least two ingredients indigenous to Australia, the technical is macadamia aniseed myrtle and bush honey Trifle which also includes davidson plums, and the showstopper is a Bread sculpture inspired by the natural world and which includes at least two ingredients indigenous to Australia.
Episode 6
The bakers tackle three 'French' challenges; signature is eight decorated Mille-feuille, the technical is seven Mini Brioche à Tête, and the showstopper a Religieuse à l'ancienne with two levels of eclairs and two short crust pastry discs.
Episode 7
The last six bakers in the shed face three 'Dessert' challenges; signature is six sweet baked Custard desserts, the technical is Matt's Raspberry Tarts 2.0, and the showstopper a Dessert Charcuterie Board with at least three desserts..
Episode 8
The five quarter-finalists face three 'Fruit and Veg' challenges; signature two dozen savoury Vegetable Tartlets, the technical is Maggie's Erbazzone, and the showstopper a spectacular Basketweave Cake with a hero fruit or veg ingredient.
Episode 9
The four remaining amateur bakers must tackle three 'Patisserie' challenges: first up is a dozen Breakfast Pastries with two different flavours, the technical is a gateau Saint Honore, and the showstopper is a Biscuit Pinata.
Episode 10
The Three Finalists tackle the last three challenges; signature is eighteen Fondant Fancies with three different flavours, the technical is a Chocolate Pear and Hazelnut Torte, and the showstopper is each bakers Dream Home Cake.
