Episode 1

Episode 2
The eleven remaining bakers tackle three 'Bread' challenges; first up the signature a Focaccia either savoury or sweet, the technical is twelve Pumpkin Scones and accompanying butter, and the showstopper is a pull apart Bread Centrepiece.
Episode 3
The ten remaining bakers tackle three 'Biscuits' challenges; first up the signature thirty two identical sweet or savoury Biscotti, the technical is two dozen Jam Drops, and the showstopper is a decorated Biscuit Jigsaw Puzzle.
Episode 4
The bakers tackle three 'Family Favorites' the signature is two dozen sweet or savoury Muffins, the technical is a family size Chicken, Leek and Mushroom Pie, and the showstopper is a Tiered Pavlova with at least three tiers.
Episode 5
The bakers tackle 3 'Pastry' challenges the signature is 24 identical Sausage Rolls, the technical is a Fraisier Cake, and the showstopper is a 12 each of three different Viennoiseries 1 of which must be a laminated puff pastry croissant.
Episode 6
The remaining bakers must tackle three 'Batter' challenges: first up is a dozen Waffles with a topping of their choice, the technical is an Apple Clafoutis, the showstopper is a Crepe Cake with at least 60 layers, filling and decoration.
Episode 7
The remaining bakers in the shed tackle three 'Free From' challenges; the signature is six identical Dairy Free Tarts, the technical is a Gluten Free Tiramisu, and the showstopper is a Sugar Free Trifle.
Episode 8
The last five remaining bakers in the shed tackle three 'British' challenges; a signature filled Sponge Cake, the technical is a Bakewell Slice, and the showstopper is a Sweet British Pudding with a tasty accompaniment.
Episode 9
The semifinal bakers in the shed tackle three 'Celebration' challenges; signature is two dozen identical Hot Cross Buns, the technical is two dozen Mince Pies, and the showstopper is a Three Tier Wedding Cake with amazing decorations.
Episode 10
The Three Finalists tackle the last three challenges; signature is a beautifully decorated Battenberg Cake, the technical is a dozen Kumquat Rum Babas, and the showstopper is a pièce montée based on something close to the bakers heart.
