The eleven remaining home bakers in the shed must tackle three 'Biscuit' challenges; first up is a dozen signature Filled Biscuits, the technical is a dozen Cannoli's, and the showstopper is a creative and a delicious Biscuit Scene.

Choux Week

The ten remaining home bakers tackle three 'Choux' challenges; the signature is a dozen individual Sweet Eclairs, the technical is a Paris-Brest, and showstopper a Gateau St. Honoré centrepiece with flavour and decoration up to the bakers.

Pies Week

The nine home bakers face three 'Pie' challenges; signature is six individual Savoury Pies, technical is a Blood Orange and Chocolate Vincotto Meringue with a Hazelnut Pastry, and showstopper is a Deep Dish Fruit Pie with a decorated top.

Chocolate Week

The eight home bakers face three 'Chocolate' challenges; a signature tray of Brownies cut and decorated, technical is a four layer Black Forest gateau, and showstopper is a Chocolate Centrepiece containing white, milk and dark chocolate.

Bread Week

The seven home bakers face three 'Bread' challenges; a signature of a 12 Savoury Flatbreads (half flavoured/half filled), technical eight identical Knotted Rolls (with pipita, poppy and sesame seeds), showstopper is a Stollen Centrepiece.

Dessert Week

The six remaining home bakers face three 'Dessert' challenges; a signature of five hot sweet individual Puddings, technical is a Three Layer Dried Apricot Pavlova, for the showstopper the judges ask for a spectacular Three Tiered Dessert.

Pastry Week

The five remaining home bakers face three 'Pastry' challenges; a signature of a half dozen each of two different miniature Savoury Pastries, technical is a Mushroom Thyme Leek Pithivier, the showstopper is a decorated Strudel Centrepiece.

Classics Week

The four semi-finalists face three 'Classic' challenges; first is eight signature Doughnuts, technical is a Passionfruit Tart, the showstopper is a Sweet High Tea with at least three items - one of which must be an Australian Themed bake.

Finale

The last three amateur home bakers in the shed face the final three challenges; first is twelve signature Vanilla Slices, technical is a ten layer Cornucopia Cake, the final showstopper is the baker's choice - whatever they choose.
