The Furchesters make a video about the hotel, but the director sees things going wrong in every room. The family must use their wacky creativity to solve the problems.

Don't Eat the Guests

The Furchesters' furry thinking must stop the Cookie Monster from eating cookie guest, Mr Crumb when there are no cookies left in the dining room.

Episode 3

Very Important Porcupine

When a porcupine checks into the hotel the family has to put their furry heads together and think of ways to make him feel welcome. Phoebe and Elmo figure out how to play with their new friend without getting hurt.

Yodel-ay-hee-hoo!

It's a catastrophe when the Furchester's can't pass messages to guests because the phone stops working. Professor Fleece teaches them to yodel, but problems ensue.

Count Your Chickens

Phoebe and Elmo need all their creative skills when looking after five excitable chickens that keep scuttling after corn and guests in feathered hats.

Episode 6

The Veggietones

The Furchester hotel invite a barber shop quartet along to make the guests happy by singing to them. The singers are The Veggietones! Unfortunately things do not go exactly to plan because The Veggietones frighten a sleeping guest by singing next to his bed & annoy another patron, Miss Gator, by popping up in her bathroom to sing to her while she had a bath! Shock horror, this is a Furchester catastrophe! The Veggietones are making the guests sad with their singing, not happy, what'll we do to put it right? Cookie monster has an idea...it involves cookies though. A non-cookie related idea is that the Veggietones could sing to guests in the lift, nobody sleeps or baths in there right?? Only it does fill the lift up a bit... Will Elmo and co find a solution that suits everyone? Will it have anything to do with cookies? Watch and all will be revealed!

Toast with a Smile

Elmo has to deliver a tray of toast to a hungry guest, but he must dodge several items - horses, trolleys, bumps in the rug and monsters - along the way.

Isabel Gets the Ding-Ups

The Furchester Family need to stop Isabel's bell-monster hiccoughs so she can welcome all the guests with a friendly ding, including her cousin Dinger.

Mystery Weekend

Two detectives and a mysterious raccoon check in for the hotel's Mystery Weekend. Phoebe and Elmo turn detective to find out who is taking everybody's shiny objects.

Animal Talk

Elmo and Phoebe are determined not to fall asleep so they can meet Mr Screetch the owl. To stay awake, they try balancing, hugging, uncomfortable chairs and cookies.

Funella overhears the tortoise's guest say that the hotel service is slow, slow, slow. She's determined to make it fast, fast, fast.

Preschool puppet show. Monster Monster visits only one hotel on Monster Monster Day. Elmo really wants it to be the Furchester, but there's a problem when the lift stops working.

It's chaos in the hotel when a woodpecker keeps pecking the walls and a musician doesn't turn up for a concert.

Super Rock

Super Rock flies into the hotel - but his cape tears and he thinks his powers have gone. Phoebe and Elmo have to help Super Rock be super again.

Mr. Huggles Hibernates

When a bear falls asleep in the Furchester lobby, the team all try to get him up the stairs and into bed.

Balloon Dance Weekend

It's ballroom dance weekend, but the floor is so shiny, the dancers slip over. The Furchesters need a way to keep their feet on the floor.

Bebe Comes to Stay

Preschool puppet show; Cousin Bebe arrives; Phoebe is jealous because she seems so much better at stopping monsters and talking to the animals.

Furgus and the New Plant

The Furchesters have to find the perfect spot for a fussy pot plant that complains about everything, even the curtains.

Phoebe's Key

Phoebe loses her special key, which opens every door in the hotel. She must now try and remember when she last saw it.

The Lawnmower

A goat checks in, eats all the food and then starts to eat the furniture. Meanwhile, Furgus struggles to trim a vine that just doesn't stop growing.

Pony in Disguise

The Furchesters need creative ways to help a tired pony take a rest when all the guests want to take a ride.

Skunks Welcome

Guests smell a skunk and want to check out, so Phoebe and Elmo have to stop the friendly skunk from spraying when he's surprised.

Lift It, Shake It, Find It

When a cow guest loses a precious hair curler, the Furchesters bring in two mice to search the hotel. The mice, however, have very unusual methods for solving the problem.

The writer of Mooga Monster books checks in. She needs the assistance of the Furchester's and other monsters to write her new story.

Noisy Night

When two howling wolves keep all the guests awake at night, the Furchesters try and find a way to help them all get to sleep.

Ant Checks In

The hotel can be a big and noisy place if one is a tiny, quiet ant, so Phoebe and Elmo need to find the ant the perfect room.

The Woolly Sisters

Funella makes sure Elmo, Phoebe and Cookie Monster know the hotel policy - "the guest know best" (all while ignoring Harvey P. Dull). As she heads back to the front desk, the Woolly Sisters, a pair of twin sheep, arrive. One sister leaves briefly while the other checks in, requesting to have some tea sent up. Furgus covers Funella at the desk, as the other sister arrives. Furgus mistakes her for Ms. Woolly and gives her the spare key when he can't find the normal one. She requests a fence be put in the garden for her to jump over. Cookie Monster brings the one sister in the garden the tea, which she declines, but requests some milk too. Cookie writes down the order so he won't forget. A similar situation happens upstairs, where Elmo and Phoebe deliver the fence to the other sister, who requests her tea and a towel. Phoebe writes that down too. Back at the desk, Cookie reports the mix-up to Funella, who then receives a call from the sister in the garden; she wants a helmet. Funella personally delivers it upstairs, while Elmo and Phoebe report that they got their order wrong. Furgus goes to the garden with the tea and towel. Neither of the sisters get what they wan't and state they're disappointed. It's a catastrophe! The monsters put their furry heads together and decide to go over what's been happening. As Funella and Furgus debate over what Ms. Woolly wanted, Phoebe realizes there must be two Ms. Wolleys and sure enough, they both appear to support her claim. It turns out they even have a third sister

Repetitive Welcoming Injury

It's a catastrophe when Funella's arms are stuck open wide and she can't welcome the guests. The Furchesters need Funella to rest for a whole day.

Elmo is having his portrait painted but he just can't stop moving and needs the Furchesters to help him sit still.

When the luggage trolley breaks down, Furgus replaces it with a donkey. The donkey, however, refuses to move or help the guests.

The Furchesters try their best to calm the chaos as a parrot copies every woof, meow, and monster noise.

The Furchesters go on a dinosaur hunt to find their oldest, biggest guest after a dinosaur surprises Elmo and then disappears.

Funella has to remember to crow like a cockerel when a guest needs to wake up on time.

Guests arrive to see the most beautiful flower, but the Furchesters need to help the flower bloom.

Funella wants to make her first fruit guests Mr. Orange, Miss Grapes, and Mr. Pineapple happy in the Furchester Hotel's new Fruit-Ripening Lounge.

Furgus opens a dog-walking service at the Furchester Hotel. Unfortunately, Mr. Waggington's dog Otto would rather play chase than be walked.

Phoebe and Elmo help Jackie the Jacket find her owner Miss Pinkly while Furgus and Miss Pinkly look for Jackie.

Elmo accidentally gives Phoebe's favourite monster doll Bumpfy to a guest. They decide to get it back, but the guest is a sleeping tiger named Mr. Clawford.

Lobby Race

Elmo faces up to Charlton the Champion in the lobby obstacle race. Phoebe shows him how to run the course. They go through the different challenges like the "Tower of Towels," the "Pillow Pluck," and the "Short Order Scramble."

The Furchesters have to solve a lot of problems on the day a hotel inspector visits. Can they distract him from the chaos?
