Episode 1

Among the 14 competing celebrities, Trace Adkins and Bret Michaels are called out to pick their teams, because, they were the most successful contestants during their previous appearance from seasons past. Trace Adkins forms what will become team Plan B, and Bret Michaels forms what will become team Power. The two teams must run their own meatball shop and sell them. The team that raises the most money from charitable donation wins the task. The team that sells the best meatballs wins a $20,000 bonus.

Team members must create a 3D interactive photo experience for Universal's marketing campaign. Project manager Dee Snider of Plan B faces off against Power project manager Omarosa. In other words, the lead singer of Twisted Sister and his team faces off against the infamous Omarosa, the woman who was once voted "the most evil woman in the history of reality TV".

Both teams are tasked with creating a Soap Opera themed stage play for Crystal Light Liquid. The tow teams are judged by the following criteria of creativity, audience reaction, brand messaging, product integration, and overall presentation. Sparks of intense anger eventually reach a boiling point between team Power's project manager La Toya Jackson and her fellow team mate Omarosa.

Both teams are required to incorporate a pair of glass trucks into their marketing campaigns to promote a hair care beauty product for women. Project leader of Plan B (Marilu Henner) secured appearances by Miss Universe and other beauty queens. Snatching them away from team Power who was also trying to secure the same women. Also, Marilu and her team decided to convert their glass truck into a mini-hair salon on wheels where women can have their hair treated by a professional hair stylist inside the truck, while the gathering crowd observed the hair treatment from the outside. While team Power project manager (model and actress Claudia Jordan) decided to use her assets differently, which relied heavily on fellow model/actress Brande Roderick to use their truck as a mini-photo studio to attract a crowd, while the hair salon was placed outside of their glass truck where the crowd observed the beautiful models doing a fashion photo shoot taking place inside the glass truck.

Episode 5

The two teams are tasked with creating original three-dimensional artwork and selling them to raise money for charity. The team that raises the most money from the sale of their celebrity art work wins the task. Lil Jon is this weeks project manager for team Power, and faces off against Plan B project manager Lisa Rinna. Special guests included Chaz Dean and the Blue Man Group. Omarosa gave $2,000 of her own money to one of her contacts late in the task, to ensure that she would not end up being the person who raised the least amount of money for the team. It didn't turn out well for her.

The celebrities are tasked to write, produce, and direct a demonstrational 90 second video for LG's Smart Home and Home Entertainment Systems.

The two All-Stars celebrity teams are tasked with designing a Foxwoods Resort themed suite and host a party at the brand-new Barclays Center.

The remaining 4 All-Star semi-finalist celebrities are called into the boardroom to argue why they should be the final two celebrities competing to be the next Celebrity Apprentice. Trump fired two All-Star celebrities (one from each team) at the beginning. The two remaining celebrity finalists are challenged to create a new flavor of Walgreens Delish brand premium ice cream, produce a promotional video, and raise money for a launch event featuring the new flavors.

Team Penn travels to Philadelphia, vowing not to return until they uncover "massive voter fraud". Team Penn never returns and the show goes off the air.
