The Retroville 9: Jimmy tries to lead his team to victory after they lose a baseball match to Butch and his team. Jimmy upgrades the baseball equipment so that he and his team can play better, they finally make it to the finals and they go to Japan to compete in the finals. Jimmy realizes that winning isn't what it seems and he reveals to his friends that he upgraded the equipment. Jimmy and his friends decide to compete against their rivals without the upgraded equipment, they end up losing. Jimmy and his friends decide not to play baseball again, they visit Bonzilla live but Sheen makes fun of Bonzilla's size and he gets burned by the lizard. Grumpy Young Men: Jimmy and his friends try to purchase an adult video game at a video game store. Jimmy tries to pretend to be his dad so he can purchase the game but the owner sees through the ruse, he kicks Jimmy and his friends out of his store, Sheen starts to taunt the owner even further but the owner throws an ice cream cone at him. Jimmy makes an invention so that he and his friends can become adults, nothing happens. The next morning, Jimmy and his friends have aged into old men. They must find a way to revert back to their normal ages before they turn to dust. Jimmy tries to find titanium for his invention but he is intercepted by his naive father. Carl is able to acquire a titanium trophy after winning a dance contest. Jimmy and his friends try to go into the portal at the same time, causing Goddard to save Jimmy, Carl, and Sheen. Jimmy is happy to be a kid again, he and his friends realize that they shouldn't grow up just yet. Carl consumes Jimmy's truth serum which he mistakes as prune whip. Carl starts revealing a bunch of embarrassing secrets, much to Jimmy's dismay and Sheen's annoyance.

It will be the most horrific Halloween for Jimmy, however; matters soon become worse when Carl turns Cindy into a vampire and Sheen turns Libby into a werewolf. Jimmy must find a way to save his friends and his father from their monster forms.

Meanwhile, Hugh argues with Judy that he wants quality "Hugh Time", and gets it when he realizes everyone is gone.

Nick wipes out on his skateboard, so Jimmy has to memorize and play his part at the last minute, leaving Sheen in charge of the effect module while he's not on stage. Cindy is cast as a witch, and she goes out of character several times to draw attention to herself from a big-shot TV producer in the front row. Her shenanigans cause a major mishap with Jimmy's effect module as it produces a massive tornado.

McSpanky's proceeds to get rid of all the fast food joints including Taco Shack after hearing Hugh singing about his favorite restaurant. Jimmy and his friends must prevent McSpanky's rampage before he gets rid of the any other place that sells food.
