Berlin mobile geriatric nurse Mark Tempel is used to his meager life with cripple wife Sandra and teen brat Juni. When masked bikers hired as enforcers beat up his place, which the owners want cleaned out anyhow, and wreck Juni's violin, Tempel returns to former mentor Jacob's gym and returns to boxing. His victory, possibly thrown, earns enough to afford a wild clubbing night, after which he has fun with a whore ex Eva and his mates help with risky revenge on the biker gang.
