Computer geek Dexter Douglas (David Haufman) turns into uncontrollable, unpredictable superhero Freakazoid (Paul Rugg), who dons red long underwear, blue skin, and weird hair. The transformation occurs while Dexter surfs on the internet. As a superhero, he fights crime whenever he sees it perpetrated by goofy villains, with his friends Steff (Tracy Rowe) and Sergeant Mike Cosgrove (Edward Asner).

The Legion of Super-Heroes of the 31st century traveled back to the early 21st century to try to find Superman for help of against powerful group of super-villains in their era. Enter a mysterious Kryptonian from the 41st century, appears to the be the clone of Superman, arrives to the 31st century to aid the Legions.

Orphaned schoolboy Peter Parker lost even his uncle, leaving him with old, semi-helpless aunt May. Through a messed-up experiment with spider DNA, he acquires super-powers. But he only uses them when masked in a flashy costume as Spider-man, a mysterious dashing hero who defeats all crooks. As Peter, his life is far humbler, moonlighting as photographer for the Bugle.

Pinky (Rob Paulsen) and the Brain (Maurice LeMarche), two genetically-enhanced laboratory mice, are still trying to take over the world. However, now that they have lost their home at Acme Labs, they are now operating from the house of the animal over-loving Elmyra Duff (Cree Summer). Now Pinky and the Brain must continually both endure Elmyra and avoid Rudy Mookich, the neighborhood bully who wants to feed them to his pet snake. Add to that a secret organization that is trying to kill the Brain just so that they can take over the world. Given all of these complications, however, Pinky and the Brain's plans still usually fail before you can say, "Troz" ("Zort" spelled backwards).
