After an interview with Jerry Rice goes south, a network executive suspends Sports Action Team. Kevin, Katie, Al, Anthony, and Steven all use their forced time away to pursue other interests while Nicole schemes to get the show back on the air. She succeeds only to have the team fail short of network expectations and get suspended a second time. This time it's a groundswell of fan support that puts the team back behind the desk.
