Ricky's grandfather gives him a job but because Alfonso asked him to go to ball game he not only didn't do his job the work he did got messed up. So upset with Ricky that his grandfather fires him and insults him. Edward encourages Ricky to go confront his grandfather and he's at the TV station where Lulu is shooting her latest spot. But things get so tense that she brings Ricky and his grandfather out where they hash things out.
