The misadventures of a group of adults, from all walks of life, attending a part-time class at the Academy of Tourism And Service (ATAS) to upgrade their service skills. Each one of them is there for a reason, whether it be personal or professional. Some of them even discover their reasons along the way. They are taught by Faith Foo Li, a trainer who is a true teacher at heart. Will they learn to be true service paragons? Will they learn to love each other before they love their customers? Most importantly, will they be able to actually pay attention to Faith Foo's lessons?

It's Faith's first day as a trainer, and on top of performance anxiety, she has to deal with a class filled with bizarre characters that can't seem to get along. Throw in the nonsensical distractions of Kingston Leong, a potential investor who's out to drive down the price of the Centre, and you've got a potential meltdown situation.
