Rico teams up with a local builder in the remote location of Jefferson, Colorado, to get the project back on track. The homeowner's vision for the place is "Grandma's cabin meets vintage summer camp." She has a storage unit filled with vintage items she hopes to use to create a 70's-inspired interior. Rico sources reclaimed wood paneling from Nebraska, and Poonam executes the desired interior decor using the owner's green metal sink unit from the 40's, a bright orange 1970's couch, and other vintage items. The "Rico extra" is a stunning outdoor metal sculpture gas fire pit created to mimic logs, pinecones, and other natural elements.
